Nice Girls Don't Get Rich Hot
Written by admin
What’s special about this book? There are certainly plenty of books out there that can help you manage your finances more wisely.  The difference is that Dr. Frankel begins by exploring the psychological aspects of managing money.  And, as you know, your attitudes and beliefs about money translate directly into the choices and decisions you make about it.  The bummer of it is that so many of our attitudes and beliefs are hidden to us.  We do things and we don’t know why we can’t get the result we want.  Dr. Frankel offers assessments and interesting research that can help you uncover the attitudes and beliefs that are driving your money behavior.  That alone is worth it, but she offers a multitude…well 75 to be exact, mistakes you can avoid and gives you coaching tips on them too!  Love this book!

Sex and the Seasoned Woman: Pursuing the Passionate Life Hot
Written by Editor

You probably remember Gail Sheehy's Passages.  It was truly one of the more influential books of our time.  She has now undertaken an exploration of women over 45 and the surge of vitality they are experiencing as they enjoy better health, longer lives and many more options than they've had before.  She finds they are more open to love, sex, finding new, passionate pursuits, spirituality, and revitalizing relationships than ever before.  One very interesting bit of research she presents is that the genders begin taking on each others' characteristics in their 50s.  Women are finding freedom from other responsibilities to explore new horizons while men may be winding down from a demanding career.  That could explain a lot.  One thing is certain, it makes for interesting times...and interesting reading!
